While the implication is correct, that's a good example of just how pointless those copyright tags are getting. Star Wars doesn't have much in common with most things that are tagged as Disney.

Just about the only ones that still seem useful are ones like Marvel and DC_comics, which are shared universes with tons of crossovers. And therefore at least a bit consistent.

Denied. While it is technically true it doesn't really serve much purpose other than saying who owns what. Similar to the species tags, we need to think of searching/tagging practicality first and leave the technicalities up to wikipedia. For example, we chose not to imply fox -> canidae even though it would be more technically correct; we instead chose to use the more friendly canine for all of these characters with similar (and usually overlapping) features. Similarly, we don't chain them like dog -> canis -> caninae -> canidae -> mammal -> chordate -> animalia -> eukaryote because it is an overwhelming amount of work to maintain and would only serve to confuse searching and tagging.

The other ones that are at least functional right now (multiple franchises, share a similar theme, etc.) should probably be okay, but I can't guarantee they will be approved.
