create alias black_and_white_and_brown (2) -> restricted_palette (9770)
create alias black_and_white_and_orange (6) -> restricted_palette (9770)
create alias black_and_white_and_purple (6) -> restricted_palette (9770)
create alias black_and_white_and_pink (15) -> restricted_palette (9770)
create alias black_and_white_and_yellow (11) -> restricted_palette (9770)
create alias black_and_white_and_blue (26) -> restricted_palette (9770)

Reason: black_and_white_and_green aliases to restricted_palette so i thought these should too

i think black_and_white_and_red is still popular enough to deserve its own tag but none of these other ones are

The image color palette tags are quite a mess, there's a ton of these floating about. My preferred solution is to establish the [color]_monochrome tags (also subtags under those (like black/white/grey_and_[color]) would be nice but there aren't enough posts to justify it)

These sound like they should probably be considered monochrome instead, like black_and_blue and blue_and_white. Black and white do not have a distinct hue, so they can still be used in monochrome images with a single hue.
I actually feel like these may be more useful than distinguishing between (color) and black/white, though they are a lot more wordy.

Reason: Testing the waters. What do you think of [color]_monochrome? If we want them, what should we do with the black and white and color tags? Imply them to [color]_monochrome or alias instead?

Edit: Their category should be meta too, following monochrome being meta

White and black are every color, according to the positive and negative versions of color theory. :shrugs:

Alias, right? I’m not even sure what the distinction would be. Unless *_monochrome includes gray, and black_and_white_and_color doesn’t… but that seems like a pointless distinction.

I don't see tags like this ever expanding out of its niche, so that won't hurt.

Does anyone have any opinions on [color]_and_white/grey and black_and_[color]? Best to standardise so the color is first?

Black white and an additional color would no longer be monochrome, right?

This would fit well under pink_monochrome because it's all pink:

Calling this pink_monochrome however seems a little questionable:

Eh, it's black and pink, and while none of the black_and_color tags imply monochrome, the implications on [color]_and_grey/white definitely suggest it should
