Should this perhaps be tattoo_on_penis? I know that's currently aliased to penis_tattoo but penis_tattoo sounds like it could be a tattoo of a penis.

It follows breast tattoo which has been legitimised with aliases (so has this tag), though the difference might be that tattoos of penises might be more common in art

I figure both are probably not uncommon. Tattoos of nude pinup girls with tits out are not terribly rare out in the real world.
