Reason: Piercings as a whole have a lot of outdated and incomplete aliasing, but these two are very common piercings that have next to no aliasing done for them

nipple_stud ought to be aliased to nipple_barbell instead, shouldn't it?

I'm not sure. Personally, I feel like stud should be the dominant type, considering tags like tongue_stud exist. And while this is just my experience, until you said this I never knew that "barbell" was another name for this type of piercing

I assume "barbell" is for when both ends are meant to be equally visible (and generally identical), as opposed to one of them just being there to keep it from falling out. So eyebrow studs would be a barbell piercing as well, in every instance I can think of. Navel piercings are complicated because both ends are visible but more by necessity than by intention; the one inside the pit is the star of the show and usually bigger and fancier.
