Reason: alias request was made to follow the american -> united_states_of_america alias style - have all country related tags under one tag.

Last two tags imply the filipiniana tag for these local attires.

Unfortunately cannot edit this BUR so dropping in the suggestion and fixes here instead. Could create a new BUR once the current one gets rejected.
