Reason: Different forms of the same character.

Keeping forms separate is better for searchability. Use tony_tony_chopper* if the difference doesn't matter to you, and save combos like tony_tony_chopper_(horn_point_form) tony_tony_chopper for when there are multiple instances of the same character.
