These all, I believe, are characters who share a Zootopia fan universe called Shorty Squad, created by Inkyfrog. You can see some of the artist's original Tumblr posts tagged as such here.
In the same fashion that pack_street, another Zootopia fan universe, has its own dedicated copyright tag, I propose one be made for Shorty Squad that all of these character tags imply.
