i don't know all of the specific words that cover the specific cases of showing up in search / not showing in blacklist etc
so i just called it a "tag alias" as I'd heard that word used before

thank you for taking the time to interpret my request and consider it. if it doesn't work as expected i'll just keep expanding my blacklist
