Topic: [REJECTED] tail_though_skirt is tail_clothing BUR

The bulk update request #9148 has been rejected.

remove implication tail_through_skirt (5256) -> tail (1741714)
remove implication tail_through_skirt (5256) -> furgonomics (66727)
create implication tail_through_skirt (5256) -> tail_clothing (3559)

Reason: Seeing that tail_clothing exists, tail_though_skirt should imply it. Remove duplicate implications.
Don't imply tail_though_clothing -> skirt because it could be a dress skirt.

Checked with the BUR debugger.

EDIT: The bulk update request #9148 (forum #417505) has been rejected by @ShadyGuy.

It doesn't seem tail_clothing always applies since it can be a result of the tail bursting through a normal skirt, e.g. from transformation or tail_growth:

In this case, it shouldn't really imply furgonomics either.
