remove implication meme_clothing (5494) -> meme (50581)

Reason: There's various replacement names that I've thought of, but all of them aren't really a good replacement.
clothing_trend is too much like alternative_fashion.
outfit/clothing_challenge only applies to a few meme_clothings.
outfit_trend seems like the best, but is ambiguous, and would include clothing that is trending outside of artists too.

You probably meant to unimply the tags, since the one implies the other and isn't aliased to it. Click on the BUR #8948 link and there should be a link to edit the BUR for you.
