Reason: I find the _(connected) pretty silly; the meaning should be clear enough without it.
big_balls_small_penis requires big_balls (which includes huge_balls and hyper_balls), but a small_penis (which includes micropenis).
It also means the balls are disproportionately bigger than the penis.
