create alias young_penetrated (6041) -> younger_penetrated (14494)

Reason: We have two tags for the younger of an age difference couple being the one penetrated, whilst only 1 for Older. Suggest this alias to match current tags, but either way both should be combined

No, these mean different things. Young_penetrated is for a young character being penetrated, the character doing the penetrating can be any age, including also young. Younger_penetrated refers to an age difference. Younger_penetrated also doesn't necessarily mean that a young character is involved, it could be an adult character being penetrated by an elderly character.
