It's more useful to have character owner's name in the tag. Especially when their full name is fairly common combination.

None of the full names seem particularly ambiguous to me. Character owner names in tags are discouraged when a suffix isn't needed.

They shouldn't be, it makes discovering characters of one person pointlessly difficult. How else would you do that, since commissioner tags aren't allowed?

I don't think there are any rules in regards to choosing between full character names and just their first names plus a suffix.

Though I would be leaning towards the suffix version since it makes tagging one's characters easier to the average user.
Considering most of the time artists/commissioners would just refer to the characters using only their first names and not mentioning any last names, which you may need to dig around for.
Some taggers may get lazy at that point and just tag with the first name only, which would lead to many falling into the disambiguation tags.
