Reason: Thigh highs are legwear, and if you're wearing only thigh highs, you're mostly nude.

I think mostly_nude should be implied through legwear_only: imply legwear_only -> mostly_nude

I think the problem there is that there is some amount of overlap of what is considered legwear and what is considered bottoms, which is why legwear_only does not imply mostly_nude. notably pantyhose are considered legwear despite also covering what bottoms would.

uhh... potentially? I'm not even 100% sure what our definition of bottomwear vs. legwear vs. footwear is anymore. I swear legwear used to unclude all kinds of socks but now those are footwear, I guess. and I think footwear used to just be shoes and boots and sandles and the like.

Yeah all that seems correct. Except knee_socks and thigh_socks still imply legwear.

Hm. Yea, anything that covers crotch by default should be bottomwear. Not sure why those ended up as legwear.

You'd still want to see them when searching for legwear. They should imply both.
