Topic: Small trapped in clothing BUR

Reason: Just a small BUR to tidy up the trapped_in_* tags a bit. I think trapped_in_footwear is generally a better tag than trapped_in_shoe since there's generally speaking dozens of types of footwear, and splitting them all up into different trapped_in_* tags would be quite suboptimal. Also adding a bunch of implications to certain things that would be considered clothing.

You have to unimply trapped_in_clothing from trapped_in_shoe first.
You can do this through two BUR, or you can create a separate alias request that will handle re-implication automatically.
