Reason: Self-explanatory, it should imply pussy_ejaculation and penetration.

EDIT: vaginal_penetration is not always applicable, but it can still reasonably assume penetration (see comments below)

pussy_ejaculation_while_penetrated isn't always because of vaginal_penetration. See post #4772996 for example, where it's because of anal_penetration.

Implying penetration still makes sense though, just not of any specific orifice.
