remove alias m1911 (95) -> handgun (9622)

Reason: An M1911 is a type of handgun, but it is not the only thing that can be considered a handgun. It should implicate the pistol tag (which in turn implicates handgun), and the existing tag should be aliased to the simple name to avoid redundancy. The unalias has to be executed first, after which I will try to create a follow up BUR with the following script:

EDIT: I tried to create the follow up BUR but was met with the same errors as before when trying to have them in this initial BUR:
