unusual_coloring should also probably be killed and incorporated into here. It's a meta tag but it refers fo unusual body coloration, mostly bright colors. It's barely used.

Edit: I also populated sparklefur a bit for a start.

I don't love this tag and it definitely shouldn't be meta but looking at its contents right now, there's a lot that I wouldn't really call sparklefur. But that could be a mistagging issue? Not sure

I think this works, yeah.

I made a starter wiki page for sparklefur, I'll expand it more eventually, but it works for the time being :)

Also, it looks like after the aliases go through we're gonna have to set the tag category back to general.
