Topic: [REJECTED] Nights Into Alias, Dood ◠‿╹)~★

Posted under Tag Alias and Implication Suggestions

The bulk update request #7769 has been rejected.

create alias nights (0) -> nights_(nights_into_dreams) (138)
create implication nights_(nights_into_dreams) (138) -> nights_into_dreams (166)

Reason: I did the legwork on this mini project already, Just wanna see if we could make it official, Dood ╹‿╹)

Nights -> Nights (Night Into Dreams)

Edit:

On Second look, Sonic the hedgehog
doesn't imply Sega either. Must be for a reason, Dood =‿=)
________________________________________________

Yup there was a reason, The tags cascade!

sonic_the_hedgehog -+> sonic_the_hedgehog_(series) -+> sega

Implications from an Implication carry over, sonic_the_hedgehog doesn't need the
Sega tag since the implication "(sonic_the_hedgehog_(series))" already has it, Dood

EDIT: The bulk update request #7769 (forum #402346) has been rejected by @slyroon.

I would also say it's too generic. This alias request is the first time I read about this character / game.

honestly, "Nights" is a bit generic of a tag to be aliased to a character name like this, especially for a character who's not super relevant in general and who's also not relevant to site on their own.

Ehhh~ That's up for debate, Like troll_(homestuck), Orcs, and most other humanoid peeps who aren't strictly non-fluffy.

Notirity wise, While Nights isn't exactly all over the place, Nights does take a place in a mainline Sonic game (As an easter egg but a Pretty Big One)
and being a reoccurring character in many Sonic side games like Sonic Riders. I'd wager to bet that most peeps looking up "Nights" would
be trying to find this peep, Dood

yes it does,
sonic_the_hedgehog -+> sonic_the_hedgehog_(series) -+> sega

Aw Sweet~!

So Could I add the Sega Implication, or no?
Also which way for the implications?
("Nights_(Night_Into_Dreams) -> Sega" Wanna be sure, Dood ╹‿╹)

Updated

Wait, alternatively, would it be possible to delete the "Nights" tag in general?
The Nights Tag is what came first timeline-wise but now that it's been updated
can it be removed?

Going for a roundabout way of doing that here but, if removal altogether is an
option, Dood

in most depictions Nights and other nightmarens are literally just a humans in elaborate costumes. there is the flying, but like, that's it. it's not like flying is an uncommon ability for humans to have in a bunch of fantasy settings.

I mean, outside of the getup, there's not much differentiating Nights from, like, Krillin (aside from Nights also lacking eyebrows in addition to them both lacking a nose).

trolls have horns, orcs have pointed ears and tusks, and other relevant humanoid characters will have some non-human visual feature.

They also have no necks

And

Different proportions compared to a human canonically

Pains me to say, nightmares may be more unique than orcs, Dood

I hate to break it to you but, like, pretty much no one's drawing Nights with the floating head or hands.

I mean, Mario has different propositions to more human-y humans that appear in the Mario universe, both the very human New Donkers and the more cartoony human citizens of Diamond City, that dosn't, make Mario any more relevant to e6 on his own.

that is a bit of a stretch, orcs are pretty much just boar_humanoids but green (usually).
