create alias noisemaker (31) -> noisemaker_(disambiguation) (0)
change category noisemaker_(disambiguation) (0) -> invalid
Reason: Party horns are also known as party blowers or noisemakers.
However noisemaker can refer to many things, and the tag is currently mostly a mix of party horns and ratchets.
Why disambiguate noisemaker? That makes it seem like there's gonna be multiple noisemaker terms, I think it'd make more sense to just alias noisemaker to party_horn.

there are though? did you read my post?
party horns and ratchets are both referred to as noisemakers, as are vuvuzelas, air horns, firecrackers, and many other things.
it's an ambiguous term, so it should be disambiguated.

Feels too generic for my taste. "A thing that makes noise" is a really broad category and can apply to a lot of disparate things, from musical instruments, fireworks, firecrackers, fans, whistles, car horns, emergency sirens, etc.
