Reason: Was already looking at the tags list to complain about lip related tagging in another thread, so I figured I would take crack at improving the situation. I made somewhat subjective decisions about how to clump the tags together, there might be a better way to do it. Sorry if I've hecked something up here or if someone ends up having to redo this.
Some thoughts that didn't make it in:
Q1: Should geisha_lips be updated to geisha_lipstick? The latter had only one post so I edited it to _lips to merge, but, the tag describes a pattern of lipstick, not something about the character's lips. So should it use the _lipstick version instead?
Q2: Lips_on_muzzle is the status quo for humanoid lips attached to an anthro muzzle; but the x_on_y syntax is normally used for "someone's x on someone's y." Similar deal as above; muzzle_lips only had 1 tagged post so I merged it in with the larger tag. Should I instead shove all those posts over to muzzle_lips as in "a muzzle that has humanoid lips", reclaiming lips_on_muzzle for "someone's lips on someone's muzzle"?
