Of dwarf planets, asteroids, and other minor planets, I'd say to just implicate them directly to astronomical_symbol and, if appropriate, astrological_symbol. On this site, they'd most likely be overwhelmingly Pluto's symbol anyway (currently on only three posts), simply because of Pluto formerly being classified as a major planet.

Maybe we can call them the venus/female_symbol and the mars/male_symbol? :\ It would make the symbols' two primary uses most obvious for taggers.
