They are definitely referring to the same artist and I can put the alias through easily enough. However, I'm not sure about the name "mikazuki karasu". Their Pixiv page seems to refer to themself as "mikaduki" and not "mikazuki, but I don't know enough about Japanese to understand where the difference in names might be from.
Is anyone able to weigh in on this?

It's a romanisation issue. The Japanese kana for "tu" is pronounced "tsu", and thus when accented could be rended as "du" or "zu".

Yeah, it's because of different romanization. Both have the same meaning (new moon).
So which one should be used...? Mikazuki is far more common in English, but the artist seems to prefer mikaduki. :/

If they say their name is spelt Mikaduki, then I think we should spell it Mikaduki.
