change category goo_suit (400) -> invalid

Reason: Finally taking care of this tag after months of avoiding it. The goo_suit came up during the latex discussion . In short: It doesn’t make sense.
Currently, it is applied to a bunch of different subjects:

latex_skin/latex_body

latex_transformation

latex_skinsuit/latex_bodysuit (Yes, just skinsuits. Goo/liquid latex isn’t even always involved.)

liquid_latex

Just to name a few.
The application is inconsistent at best, it lacks a definition and the majority of these cases can be covered with [liquid_latex] . Also, 300+ of the times this tag was used it was added by the same user which makes its validity even more questionable. I have already spoken to said user and they stopped using it since then, but others noticed goo_suit in the meantime and started using it.

On top of that, the two parts the tag is made of aren’t the greatest either.
Goo got invalidated already a while ago for being too ambiguous.
*_suit already caused problems as part of rubber_suit. Too often it was applied when latex_skinsuit or simply latex_clothing in general were shown.
[blue_suit] for example is meant for the more formal attire normally associated with [suit] (and what e621 also defines as a suit), but just skimming through the tag I see several bodysuits or just blue clothing. Not too many, but at some point we should clean that up along with the other color variants of suit.

As my last point: While the idea of a tag for clothing made out of goo isn’t that bad in theory I think the problem we encounter with it is that as soon as the goo can be identified as clothing/fully formed some clothing it stops looking like goo. More like dripping latex. Also, thanks to the shine the goo carries, people are more likely to tag the formed clothing as latex, liquid_latex or both. To put it more simply: The goo_suit in such cases doesn’t look like clothing made of goo, but like a skinsuit (most of the time) with liquid latex dripping from it.

And when it doesn’t look like a suit made of goo… it doesn’t follow TWYS.

So… all this why I think goo_suit should be invalidated. Even after a large clean up, I don’t see how we can make this tag work.
With that out of the way, I have also no reason to further procrastinate on the Latex BUR… Dammit.
