remove alias cheek_scales (0) -> sub-tympanic_shield (257)

Reason: sub-tympanic_shield is specifically the large, round scale on the cheek or jaw of certain species of lizards. This alias interferes with tagging other types of scales on the face of some split_form characters including dragon taurs, lamia and merfolk. Unless I'm just not imaginative enough to think of what it should be tagged aside from cheek_scales. Then again, it feels self-evident that something can have scales on its cheek that are not this specific structure.

Unless someone manages to make a character that has sub-tympanic shields on ears that are not above cheeks that seems safe? I hadn't thought that far.
