Aliasing ursine_penis → bear_penis

Reason:

Ursine is aliased to bear anyways, so we might as well alias these to make clearer what this tag is actually for.

Shouldn't we be regular in using either nouns or adjectives here?

Canine_penis, feline_penis, cetacean_penis, etc.
Seems like ursine_penis would be more consistent with how the other ones are tagged.

We don't use ursine though, we use all of the other forms as actual tags.

Maybe it should be. Since almost all *cock tags have already been aliased to penis..

Alias denied, going to flip it instead.
