Nah, someone could be wearing a condom while not having sex.

also the condom can be broken

This is not going to work as an implication as there are a number of examples where a character who is wearing a condom but isn't having any sort of sex:

So this implication is denied.

However, I can't help but wonder if an opposite implication might work. Technically there are non-condom ways to have safe sex (oral barriers), but they are rare to see in real life and even rarer in art.

What does everybody think of this?
