remove alias denim_shorts (5) -> cutoffs (7486)

Reason: For some reason all denim shorts are called cutoffs here, when cutoffs are actually only a subset of denim shorts. The wiki page even says so: "While technically only intended to refer to denim shorts that appear to have been pants with legs cut, "cutoffs" is used on this site generically for any kind of denim shorts."

This may be a minor distinction, but I think denim_shorts is a better and clearer tag name regardless.

I don't understand why the alias was ever made, unless it's some sort of obscure regionalism, people don't call jean shorts "cutoffs", denim shorts, jean shorts, even "jorts" get used far more often than the hyper-specific but ironically also vague term "cutoffs".

It would be like if "jeans" were tagged as "boot_cuts" just because that describes some pairs of jeans.
