Reason: Mastectomy_scars are always on the chest. It would be more efficient to have them imply scar by way of chest_scar

what about characters that had a mastectomy to their teats rather than breasts?

EDIT: I can't find many examples, but this character has scars under each set of belly nipples when drawn in feral form.
