belly_hump should probably be renamed. "Hump" can refer to a protrusion, making it the same as big_belly, or a character grinding their crotch (bulge, penis, or pussy) against a belly of any size as a form of sex. The wiki says it's for masturbation of one's penis against their own belly. All rather different meanings.

potbelly is meant for round, protruding bellies with no rolls, I believe.

The other problem with hyper pregnancy is that there are a lot of cases where the belly doesn't really qualify for the hyper belly tag, unless you're using an unhelpfully broad definition of "hyper" which is unnecessary to use, because we have the huge belly tag now.

also, you know, weird anatomies. a womb can be several places where it ought not be.

actually, thinking about this, I wonder if pregnant_belly really should have been aliased away. it's probably not super useful as a tag but at the same time I'm not sure if it was totally useless enough to warrant an alias.
