Reason: Found a couple tags that needed to be fleshed out more.
The implications for the assisted_* tags are fairly self explanatory. Whether it's the character or a third party using the diaper, it should be considered wetting/soiling.
As for shared_diaper, the sharing_diaper was already being used for diapers with multiple users, so I figured a separate tag was needed for diapers with multiple occupants, aka sharing_clothing.
