create implication pumpkin_bucket (0) -> candy_bucket (184)
create alias pumpkin_basket (72) -> pumpkin_bucket (0)

Reason: I think it makes very little sense for two tags that almost always refer to the same object (from what I could tell all but three images tagged with "candy_bucket" used the classic pumpkin design) refer to the object in question completely differently. I vote to use bucket instead of basket since bucket is used for the more popular tag, with candy_bucket having 165 images to pumpkin_basket's 60. On top of this, a basket is defined as a container made of interwoven materials, while a bucket is defined as a roughly cylindrical container with a handle that's usually made from plastic or metal, so technically "bucket" is the correct definition for the plastic pumpkins you put candy in.
