I hope it's obvious why these implications should exist.

Seems pointless, since the vast majority of bikini bottoms will be monotone, making the results little different from bikini_bottom itself if the tag were even well-used. This should be an alias instead.

You could say that about most monotone_xyz tags. And one can always just search for -multicolored_xyz. Your argument implies that monotone clothing shouldn't be tagged to begin with.

Yeah, there's pending BURs to get rid of a number of them that have been found. It'll be harder to alias away if they have associated implications though, so it's best to alias away such tags when they're found rather than adding implications that will just have to be removed (or if they get aliased away first, having a BUR fail for trying to add implications to a tag that's aliased away).
