Can I, with no relation to the artist/uploader or permission, add a description to a post, wich says if the series has been on hiatus/cancelled/other?
I take for example this post #3751418 being the most recent and maybe last of the series "A ghost in my attic" because of problems of one of the artists.
Can i, add a description like, for example, if it happens:

Note:

The main artist has this situation so they cannot continue this series.

Or the description should always be the description the original artist had for the post? Or can it be like:

Original Description:

*original description here*

Note:

*thing*

I think this would be great if its allowed

original description with a note
if you take out the description it kinda destroys the purpose of archiving

ideally if you get to do this please do in the last page and add in the pool description as well for other peeps to be aware of it

usually additional notes about a post are fine to put in the post's description. although stuff like that might be better to put in the pool's description.

also I do want to point out that the current description of the IB upload of that post already says that the comic's on hiatus and links to a journal, so you could just change the description on here to match.

also, ya gotta source for that? I don't really know how a comic that's seemingly made by one person on their own would have a problem like that.

I prefer putting notes as comments honestly

As a comment would be preferred, IMO. The description should be for the source description (or direct from the artist/commissioner if they uploaded it themselves), not for viewer speculation or comments about the piece or larger series it's part of.
