Reason: These tags should imply bottomless_intersex.

Apparently topless_herm and topless_maleherm are in a similar situation.

I imagine by twys it'd be very difficult to tell a character is a herm if they have pants on. Maybe noy impossible (cameltoe + bulge in a crotch shot) but i'm not surprised there's no art of that yet
