Aliasing saggy_balls → hanging_balls

Reason:

I'm not convinced these can be easily distinguished. I personally think saggy balls is by far the better tag but there's something aliased to hanging_balls so I can't suggest the reverse alias.

I like saggy_balls as well. I think it's less ambiguous tbh.

Either way the chosen tag definitely need to imply balls as well.

I still like low_hangers the best (which got aliased to hanging_balls, btw). Seems to be a widely used term too.

Alright, going to move things around so that they all alias to --> saggy_balls now.

Note: while Jugofthat has a point that low_hangers is a popular term for it in some parts of the internet, I am concerned that its too vague (about what exactly it's saying is 'low hanging') for anyone who isn't familiar with that slang term for it. And especially for people for whom english is not their first language, trying to translate a tag like saggy_balls will probably give them decent results. But trying to run a tag like low hangers through any translation attempts is probably going to be even more confusing instead of informative.

And I also implicated saggy_balls to --> balls.
