misty doesn't have a "_(pokémon)". There are original characters with the name as well. However all of the works that should be misty_(pokémon) are also misty. So, what do we do in this case? We just can't alias it, and I think if I go in to fix it I'll get flagged for tag vandalism.

Yup, agreed. These have needed to be cleaned up for a while now. The names that are easily mixed up with other characters/meanings should definitely be moved to *_(pokémon) and implicated to pokémon while we're at it. I know of misty and brock and I see no problem with moving those two right now at least as long as they are still tagged properly.

As for any other characters... those I'm less familiar with. I'd say to err on the side of caution and discuss them here before moving any of them, but that's just my recommendation. I know some characters have multiple names which might be in use and it's helpful to know about things like that up front.

There are a few misty cosplay pictures that might be harder to tag.

There is also: Nurse Joy, Jessie, James, Ash Ketchem, whoa and a ton more @_@ I haven't watched pokémon in years. No wonder no one has fixed it yet. Surprisingly There is a dawn_(pokémon) tag in use. But it is hit and miss with some of the pictures.

Well for the most part most of all the new charater seem to have the *_(pokémon).

I started cleaning up misty. I expected hundreds more pics.

I think you're on the right track. Most of those need a _(Pokemon) suffix, bit I bet that nurse_joy is fine
