Yes, but she started out in 2. That is what I'm basing these implications on.

I don't think we tag what entry a character started out in if they're in non-spinoff sequels or non-cameo appearances elsewhere. Some characters have been deimplicated from the game they started out in when they were featured in a sequel (e.g. teba_(tloz)). Could you imaging if tulin_(tloz) had originally implicated Breath of the Wild? The avalanche of fanart of him for his Tears of the Kingdom appearance would've caused a mass number of mistags for Breath of the Wild on images that were Tears of the Kingdom, with how long it would've taken to get it fixed (Teba caused a good number of mistags himself, despite getting less fanart).

I'm also generally against implicating characters to a specific game in a series, since they can always show up in later games.

So instead of implicating to the specific game they came from, implicate to the series itself, at least in the case of Nia, etc?
Or instead implicate all the characters to whatever the super-copyright for the Xenoblade series will be (as determined by topic #40434), for example, xenoblade_(series).

Yeah. At least characters that have appeared in multiple games of the series should imply the series instead of a specific game, but I'd recommend doing that for all characters to be future-proof.
