Reason: I wanted to make this thread, but it already exists. I'll tweak my reason a bit.

Our redundant tags for this artist have caused me too much confusion over the years. I imagine others feel the same or just don't realize these tags are the same artist. Let's fix that.

They have over 600 posts on InkBunny. Their InkBunny is active.

topic #32205 rejected alias request from a year ago where gattonero2001 stated a preference for midnightgospel_(artist) due to the existence of The Midnight Gospel Netflix show. We may still want to do that, but a separate alias midnightgospel -> midnightgospel_(artist) alias request can do that. Seems unlikely this will ever be a problem, and that tag could also just be copyright:the_midnight_gospel_(netflix) or similar.
