Reason: these are both 2 types of tight_topwear and are listed as such under the tight_clothing wikipage

These already exist in some way or form in a BUR somewhere - but the BUR backlog is abandoned again so it's probably going to be a long time before this or those get touched.

But considering those are a huge thread of BURs that no sane person will ever want to look through this one might actually have more chance of being approved. Maybe.

Additionally, these implications should be included with this BUR:

imply tight_bra -> bra
imply tight_bra -> tight_underwear
imply tight_underwear -> tight_clothing
imply tight_underwear -> underwear
imply tight_bandeau -> bandeau
