This is a good way right here to have any future opinions be tossed out like garbage if you are responding to a serious conversation.
Is he necessarily wrong, or are you just deflecting the point?
There is practically nobody that specifically wants to change these tags; for those that didn't say so, they only mentioned which of the options they preferred because you didn't explicitly say "or just say 'this is dumb' if you don't like any of these".
Dickgirl is hardly used outside this site. I'm surprised we do not use shemale, personally. FA, e621, and a few other furry sites are the only ones I know of that discourage the use of that term (instead opting for "intersex" or "transgender"). However, nobody uses the other terms you've proposed.
I'll say it again - the problem is not that we're presented with bad options. It's that it feels like we're being forced to make a change that nobody asked for and nobody really wants to do. The amount of effort that would go into redefining an entire gender would be astronomical compared to how little people have complained historically about the term. I've seen people complain about "cuntboy", which personally, I would have less of a problem with changing; however, it too has no safe alternatives that would be understood by more than 1% of the userbase. I've never, throughout years of dickgirl/herm tagging disputes, seen anyone explicitly complain about how dickgirl is an offensive term, and that it should be changed.
And frankly, forcing everyone to use an arbitrary, obscure term would make us look even more like pretentious douchebags.

Wiki and aliases, how do they work?
People would constantly be complaining that they can't add the "dickgirl" tag because it's existed for many, many years now, and those of us who've added it to hundreds (if not thousands) of posts will be slow to accept the arbitrary change.
