mass update tail_penetration -> tail_penetrating

Reason: I was looking through some tags and I have noticed that both tail_penetration and tail_penetrating are beingnused for the same purpose except some notable post such as these.

But the rest of the posts has the same usage where I would suggest that

1. We update the tag description to avoid wrong usage and update all post having these tags except the named with the BUR.

Or

2. We update the tag description and go through each of the post manually to identify correct usage as a tagging project.

imo is it should be aliased to "tail_penetrated" and cleaned up as it's only 50 some odd tags. due to the fact of your listed examples and different tail mounted orifices seen on scalies.

I agree its better that way.

When I got time I will start cleaning up the tags.

tail_penetration should be disambiguated:

alias tail_penetration -> tail_penetration_(disambiguation)
category tail_penetration_(disambiguation) -> invalid

Since it's ambiguous whether it means the tail is penetrating or being penetrated, tail_penetrating and tail_penetrated would be clearer names for the two situations. Same for penis/penile_penetration and tentacle_penetration, really.
