Reason: Alias a less-popular plural to a more-popular singular. If you have detailed bulges, you have at least one detailed bulge.

The plural version is not currently on any posts. There was one instance that I fixed just now, and it seems to get removed from posts a handful of times a year over the past couple of years. Sometimes it gets replaced by detailed_bulge; sometimes it gets replaced by another bulge tag; sometimes it gets removed outright. I still feel that it's useful to alias it to the singular tag.
