TWYS doesn't consider text or speech in the image, so no. Though the 4th example im split 50/50 on whether or not it should include it.

The 4th image is what made me look into the tag initially, because it is tagged knot due to the implication but there is no visible knot, only a bulge. I don't think you're supposed to tag a penis_outline/penis_shaped_bulge with penis so if stuck_knot absolutely has to implicate knot then either this can't be tagged stuck_knot, or unlike penises, knots don't have to be directly visible to be tagged as knot. But another thing that makes this more confusing is the fact that knotting does not require a knot to be visible, which has already been used as an argument against making knotting implicate knot in topic #19150.

It also seems inconsistent to require the knot to be visible for stuck_knot but not for knotting because those tags seem so similar that i'm not even sure if they both need to exist.

What SNPtheCat said, text is not relevant for tagging.

I'm not really concerned with what the text in an image says, what I'm trying to figure out is:
Is a knot_bulge not enough evidence for the presence of a knot?
Is the knotting tag also not enough evidence for the presence of a knot?
And if no to both, should I just remove the stuck_knot and knot tags from offending posts or should I also remove the knotting tag?
