Reasoning for why fictional_language is not going to implicate text: A video can have, for example, someone speaking in esperanto, which would be tagged fictional language, but not have esperanto text.
Unless we redefine the fictional_language to mean only text, and something like fictional_language_audio to mean audio only (though there should be an umbrella tag for both, which leads us back to fictional_language)

There's the case when a post has both auxlangs and fictional languages together so constructed_language -fictional_language won't cover everything, but I guess it's good enough for the time being

I made a BUR like this, but I tried to distinguish between constructed_languages and character_ciphers*, and it all got really confusing really fast, and I had to edit it like 6+ times. The explanation I wrote for the BUR was admittedly poorly written. Understandably, no one voted on it, since it was such a headache to understand and verify. I could re-write the reason more clearly if it helps. If we do want to keep the distinction, aurebesh_text should be a character_cipher, but the rest of SNPtheCat's BUR is still correct.

*I consider a constructed language to be something that has its own unique vocabulary (and usually grammar) created for it from scratch. If some fictional writing is just another (natural/"real life") language written in a unique way, it's a character cipher. Why this definition gets confusing is often works of fiction PRETEND they created a full-fledged fictional language, but they really just made a character cipher because it's easier and the vast majority of people won't notice.
