If we do keep this tag it should be renamed to sofa_sex to match all the other sofa tags. Actually tbh might as well rename it to sex_on_sofa to be more descriptive. Sofa_sex/couch_sex sounds like it could potentially be a character fucking a couch, not fucking someone else on a couch.

The current definition on the wiki does not include fucking a couch. Could just have penetrating_furniture for that.

Yes that's what I meant. I meant the name of the tag could match its definition better if it was named sex_on_sofa instead of sofa/couch_sex.

If on_sofa was aliased to on_couch later, then wouldn't this implication carry over anyways?
Unless it doesn't then we don't have to think about semantics as long as the tags aren't being aliased to something different in meaning or removed altogether.

It has been used that way, such as post #3891541.
penetrating_furniture sounds like a good name for that use, though should see if there are existing tags used for that purpose.
