Garterbelt's in the title, but only has 3 posts so he's easily missed. otherwise, i can't remember who the main bad guy's name was but he might have some posts 'ere too.

garterbelt_(pswg), fastener_(pswg) and chuck_(pswg)

i never got to watch that series in my life so kinda hard to know the names or who are the characters, it only caught up to my attention because i'm uploading the archives of puppkittyfan1 who was a big fan of panty & stocking
