ehh... I feel like there's some ambiguity with feminized since it's in the past tense. looking at the tag history, most of the stuff that's had the tag are just girly, crossgender, or crossdressing.

Sounds like a disambiguation would be good. Alias feminize, feminized, feminise, and feminised to feminize_(disambiguation) (which would be moved to the Invalid category), with a wiki page suggesting to use girly for a male character with a feminine appearance, mtf_crossgender for a male character depicted as female, crossdressing for a male character wearing female clothing, or feminization for a male character in the process of taking on a more feminine appearance by external forces.
