Both are names for the artist (only the latter has the avoid posting implication).

Yeah, the same rules should apply to both names. My guess is that the phillip_m_jackson tag was created (and used just one time) long after the DNP status was created, so there probably wasn't seen as any reason to alias a name that no one was using as a tag. It obviously only ever got used once in a blue moon, so I can understand that. Still, it's good to catch it.

So alias is approved.
