change category pokemon_fusion (2706) -> species
Reason: Even tho Pokemon fusions are a fanmade thing (at least for now, Game Freak will run out of ideas someday), I feel like it's weird to have it as a common tag. I think it'd be better if it was a species tag like how shiny_pokemon is.
